Canker Sore From Eating Crab Legs

Here is another great classic ...








Ingredients
  • Dark Chocolate 300g
  • Cream 250ml
  • 80g sugar 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons rum (4 cl)
procedure
  • Whip the egg yolks with sugar
  • Melt (in a double boiler or microwave) with a little chocolate 'cream
  • Combine the egg yolks with the chocolate and mix well
  • Place the egg whites until stiff and add to mixture mix well
  • Whip cream, add to mixture and mix
  • Add rum and mix well
  • Let stand in refrigerator at least 4 hours
