Ingredients
- Dark Chocolate 300g
- Cream 250ml
- 80g sugar 4 eggs 100g Hazelnuts

- 2 tablespoons Rum (4 cl)
- Whip the egg yolks with sugar
- Melt (in a double boiler or microwave) with a little chocolate 'cream
- Combine the egg yolks with the chocolate and mix well
- Place the egg whites until stiff and add to mixture, stirring well
- Whip cream, add to mixture and mix
- Finely chop the hazelnuts and add to mixture
- Add rum and mix well
- Let stand in refrigerator at least 4 hours
